Beverley is one of the most popular small racecourses in Britain. Set on the historic "Westwood" area of common land, high above the market town of Beverley, this welcoming racecourse provides the perfect location for a rural day out.

It boasts modern stands with an uninterrupted view of the mile and a half circuit.

 What to Wear

The only dress code is in the Club Enclosure. There is a smart dress code. No shorts or sportswear allowed. Gentlemen are asked to wear a collared shirt.

Premier Enclosure 

• Tickets: £18 (£20 for Ladies Day) 
  
• Food and Drink: The Attraction's Restaurant is located on the first floor of the premier Enclosure. It offers a delicious range of food with a private viewing balcony for diners. Tables can be reserved by calling our Caterers, CGC Events Ltd on 0113 287 6387. Also, premier Badgeholders have exclusive use of the Premier Bar and Carvery, the Lawn Bar and the Bamboo Bistro.
  
• Viewing: The grandstand in this section overlooks the Winning Post and has seating. There is also indoor seating. You can see the horses in the Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure as well as accessing the other Enclosures. 
  
• Dress: There is a smart dress code. No shorts or sportswear allowed. Gentlemen are asked to wear a collared shirt.
  

Grandstand & Paddock 

• Tickets: £12
  
• Food & Drink: A busy and lively enclosure, which is ideal for those wanting a more relaxed day at the races. Access to all areas (except the Premier Enclosure) includes the paddock Bar with its view over the Paddock Bar. The Rapid Lad Bar is the ideal punter's Bar (with a buffet facility attached) that is conveniently located next to the betting shop. 
  
• Viewing: You can view the course from the covered seated grandstand and there is also great viewing from the Paddock Bar balcony above the Weighing Room over the Parade Ring and Winner's Enclosure.
  

Course Enclosure

• Cost: £5 per person & £5 per car.
  
• Located in the centre of the racecourse, this enclosure offers a fantasic day out for all the family. Drive up close to the racing action and have a picnic from the comfort of your car. The hurn Bar offers eating and drinking facilities and therre is an adventure Playground for children. No barbeques, dogs and gazebos are allowed in the course Enclosure.

From the south or east, use the A1 (M) to M62 exit Junction 38. Follow the permanent road signs. By Train: The nearest station is Beverley off the Main Hull line. Change at York or Doncaster.
