Ffos Las is the first turf racecourse to open in Britain in more than 80 years, with its first scheduled fixture on Thursday 18th June 2009. From the opening meeting on Thursday June 18th 2009 Ffos Las will stage both National Hunt and Flat fixtures
The 600 acre racecourse is set in one of the most beautiful parts of Wales amid fine views of the Gwendraeth Valley and Carmarthen Bay. The Racecourse has a variety of top-class facilities, including 8 hospitality boxes and a 150 seater restaurant with balcony overlooking the finishing line.
What to Wear
Ffos Las Racecourse does not operate a strict dress code for general admission, but would ask all customers to wear smart, casual clothing.
The dress code policy for hospitality areas is smart casual which excludes jeans, trainers and rugby or football shirts.

There are Tote facilities and numerous bookmakers around the course.
Parking:
All our ticket prices include entry and free parking for cars and coaches in the main car park.
Disabled:
Disabled car parking spaces are available.
Children:
Children under 16 are free to all meetings, when accompanied by an adult.
