Nottingham Racecourse has a rich 100-year history, hosting Flat racing only for the first time in 1996.

Now offering a total of 20 days racing from April through to November, this Midlands course is becoming increasingly popular and has undergone significant improvements to its facilities in recent years.

 What to Wear

The Premier Enclosure operates a dress code of smart casual. Anyone wearing untidy attire, shorts, sports clothing or Fancy Dress will be refused access, but please note we do not insist on ties or jackets.

  The Centenary Bar has a full bar service with sandwiches, baguettes, hot roast meat rolls, tea and coffee. The Lawn Bar offers a full bar service as well as pitchers of beer, Pimm's. Frankie's Bistro serves a selection of quality seafood and meat platters, hot dish of the day and freshly made tea and fair-trade coffee, plus a selection of wines, champagne, bottled beers and soft drinks. • Viewing: 
  From the Centenary Stand there are views of the racecourse, the Parade Ring and the Winner’s Enclosure. You can access all the other racecourse facilities from this area as well as Tote betting stands.
  
• Dress: 
  Anyone wearing blue denim, shorts, t-shirts, sports attire or fancy dress will be refused admission into the Premier Enclosure, Members' Restaurant or Hospitality Boxes.

  Situated on the ground floor the Champions' Bar offers a full bar service with draught beer. Food available includes hot roast meat rolls, hot dish of the day, freshly made tea and fair-trade coffee. The Tik Tok Noodle Bar serving authentic Eastern Cuisine, also serves a selection of sandwiches, Movenpick ice cream, speciality coffees, cold drinks and bottled beers..
  
• Viewing: 
  The main Grandstand provides views across the course and provides access to the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure. In the summer it is possible to use the Summer Pavilion which has a fully stocked bar as well as a lawn terrace next to the Parade Ring. 
  
  All ticket holders have access to :
  GG's fish & chips kiosk serving freshly cooked fish and chips, sausages, pies, pasties, sausages and mushy peas.
  Sweet Kiosk, serving sweets, crisps, soft drinks and ice cream.

  Children 16 and under can enter for free when accompanied by an adult. There is also a small adventure playground and there is always additional entertainment at weekend, evening and bank holiday meetings.
  

• Betting
  There are Tote and bookmaker facilities around the course.
  

• Parking
  All car parking is free.
  

• Disabled
  There are trackside and parade ring viewing ramps for disabled racegoers with lift access to both stands.
  

• Hospitality
  Nottingham offers glass-fronted private boxes with balcony viewing for between 12 and 80, with packages from £70 plus VAT. For larger parties, the Paddock Lawns provide marquee facilities for up to 400 guests. Contact the racecourse for further details.
  

• Non-race days
  Nottingham can cater for a wide variety of events for all sizes. Previous events have included wedding receptions, dinner dances, corporate sports/fun days, team building activities, product launches, exhibitions/trade shows and regional and national conferences.
